MISO DREAMS

Aren’t dreams adventurous and bizarre?  I still can’t seem to figure them out.

Although, I rarely dream at night,  I receive amazing dreams during the day!

Call it what you want.   I call it envision-dreaming.

It means envisioning yourself acting upon your dreams.

I have envision-dreams many times throughout my day, on a wide range of items, but lately, I been having envision-dreams about cooking a vegetable called Swiss Chard.

I keep thinking about it in the miso soup.

I envision separating the stalks from the leaf , slicing them into slivers like I do to celery sticks, throwing them all in a pan to sauté, then putting it in a bowl of miso soup to serve someone I love!

I can see and taste it right now – mixing colorful chard with brown rice & miso paste :)

The exciting thing about this?   I’m going to try swiss chard & miso for the first time this week,  making my envision-dreams come true!

Why don’t you try envision-dreaming this week?

You know, envision doing something or being somebody that excites you!

Maybe, envision-dreaming an improved version of yourself ?   How would that look & feel?

Go ahead try it…we are on your side!

Btw – they don’t need to be grand envision-dreams – just something that can set you in motion!

Please do let me know how it goes.

I would like to hear.

According to Wikipedia:

Chard is a leafy green vegetable often used in Mediterranean cooking. While the leaves are always green, chard stalks vary in color.  Chard has been bred to have highly nutritious leaves.  Chard is, in fact, considered to be one of the healthiest vegetables available and a valuable addition to a healthy diet.
